About Our Services

Life gets messy, busy and stressful and we all run out of time. Work fills 90% of our lives, leaving little or no time to assist loved ones in need of support, love, and attention. Even when you can provide some help, it is still not enough and very emotionally and psychologically draining. Therefore, any loved ones in need, either through disability, old age, cancer, end of life, post-op needs or loneliness, sometimes come up ‘short’ with the assistance they need. You may develop feelings of shame, guilt, worry, and disappointment, because you cannot supply everything they need.

Well, I have GREAT NEWS!

We are here to lighten the load, relieving your worries and offering you ‘A huge sigh of relief’. We replace feelings of shame, worry, and guilt with comfort, confidence and peace of mind, as you will have the knowledge that your loved one is being taken care of correctly with love, patience and kindness. Our Carers offer Compassionate Care and Companionship in the comfort of your own home. They cover all kinds of tasks while on duty and will ensure that your loved one is safe, clean, comfortable and happy. We have Drivers, Carers and Nurses available – Just let us know your need.

We supply support, companionship, comfort, love, and care for various conditions, including Alzheimer’s/ Dementia, MS, Strokes, Cancer, Motor Neuron Disease (MND) and much more. We offer care to any age group and any situation you may find yourself in and our package are tailor-made to your needs. Hourly, Daily, Night (sleep in or waking night) and 24/7 live-in care available.

Care Obstacle:

An obstacle might be admitting that you need a break. Most people become so focused on caring for their parents or their spouse, that they don’t feel they can take time to look after themselves too.

Let yourself take breaks now and then so you don’t get mentally, emotionally & physically drained. That’s where a caregiver steps in, so that when you come back, you’ll be able to focus more energy on your loved-one, and that will be a nice boost for the person you are caring for.

A full day is usually 8am to 6pm but flexibility can be arranged should your needs require different hours. Having day care for your loved ones that no longer can perform everyday duties is truly beneficial, as it provides companionship, Social Interaction and Personal Care. A full night is 6pm to 8am and known as a waking night. The Carer remains awake all night and assists whenever necessary. Support during the night is often required. It could be to assist with post-op care, medication, frequent bathroom visits, position changes (every 2 hours to prevent pressure areas causing sores) and to assist with disorientation when waking, all of which can be undertaken by a night carer. This ensure your loved one is safe, dry and secure while you or the day carer rest and rejuvenate by getting a great night’s sleep.

24/7 care (Sleeping in) There are many benefits and advantages when considering the live-in care option. Your loved ones can stay with their partners/ Spouses, pets and family but still enjoy family life, their routine, friends, and neighbours in the comfort of their own home. It fosters a safe, secure, and flexible lifestyle in a familiar environment. For the client with Dementia / Alzheimer’s this has proven to be most effective. Live-in care helps reduce anxiety associated with the challenges of having to move and the stress it has on family members, and it is the most affordable way of keeping a loved one in their own home.
